Proper seasoning is an essential part of healthy cooking that is often overlooked. Focusing on healthy main ingredients such as vegetables or low-fat meat it’s easy to forget that minor ingredients are important, too. Himalayan Salt for example is excellent for seasoning dishes. Sourced in the Punjab region, it owes its beautiful shade of pink to embedded minerals. We offer crystal salt granules and chunks for all your seasoning needs. Raab Vitalfood’s Blood Pressure Salt contains only 50% table salt (sodium chloride) but also potassium chloride to make sure you don’t miss out on flavour. Seasoned salt is particularly aromatic, especially our Seasoned Salt with Herbs. Parsley, onion powder, lovage and marjoram create a burst of flavour. This salt is also ideal for healthy cooking.
