Suggested use: Soak the chia seeds in liquid (e.g. water, juice or plant milk) for about 3 minutes and drink. Chia seeds can also be added directly to food and drinks such as muesli, yogurt or smoothies.
Note: A daily intake of 15 g of chia seeds should not be exceeded. This is a natural product, the colour and taste may vary with the season. Store tightly closed in a cool, dry place.Filling level may vary for technical reasons.
