Raab organic protein soup 64 lupin curcuma is a hearty protein snack of premium organic quality based on high-quality lupin, pea and soya protein. The powder mixture contains 64 % plant protein, of which 35 % are essential amino acids. Each serving contains 3.4 g BCAAs², of which 1.6 g are leucine. The mixture is optimised to contain naturally-occurring iron and phosphorus - without any additives.

Recommended intake: After training or physical exercise, whisk 30 g (equivalent to 3 tbsp) of the powder into 200 ml hot water and enjoy. A hand blender can be used for improved mixing and creaminess.
