The acai berry is deep purple to black in colour and grows in bunches on the 20-metre-tall acai palm (Euterpe oleracea) in the Amazonas region. Raab Organic Acai Powder contain polyphenols (3300 mg per 100 g) and anthocyanins (380 mg per 100 g), two types of phytochemical compounds. The berries are picked by hand and gently processed. Its nutrients, its tart and fruity taste and its intense purple colour make acai powder a quick and easy way to enhance any smoothie or shake, as well as mueslis, desserts or baked goods.
